Sony Ericsson Aino and Satio which were called back by the carriers of UK such as Phones 4U and Carphone Warehouse few days back due to the reports of bugs from the customers have got a firmware update now. Previously both the phones had some software issues and the company has said that they have been fixed now.

According to the company the new firmware update will give them a better battery backup and improvement in speed. Additionally the Satio users will not experience the freezing problems. Phone 4U has also resumed the sales of Satio. Aino users will experience an improved GPS, WLAN and Bluetooth with the new firmware.

However it is still a question whether the company’s promise will convince the users. We should wait and watch for the users review.

To update your firmware click here.

Sony Ericsson will definitely be busy this holiday season, not selling or manufacturing phones but repairing them. After the report earlier released this week that their Satio mobile phone is withheld from sales by top mobile dealers, their Sony Ericsson Aino smartphone gets recalled too. The company’s spokesperson Mattias Holm stated that “a small number of customers” have been experiencing software and touchscreen issues with their mobile phone presented last May.

The popular mobile company won’t be thrilled fixing two major problems but what’s more worse is that customers may have doubts in getting more phones from them this following year. With the tough mobile phone competition and more quality smartphones in the market, this simple technical issue only spells major problem.

The recently released Satio phone of the popular mobile phone manufacturer Sony Ericsson was taken out of the market because of bugs. There were numerous complaints from very dissatisfied customers that the mobile phone unexpectedly crashes or freezes and the battery easily runs out of power too.

These glitches are so bad that it can’t be patched up in any way. Carphone Warehouse and Phones4U have stopped the distribution of the phone due to “software faults”. According to the big mobile manufacturer, the problem can be resolved by next month which is highly doubted by mobile experts. Some have speculated that the company was eager to release this product before the holiday season that the product quality suffered.

This new mobile phone from Japanese-Swedish mobile phone manufacturer is expected to hit the growing mobile industry market by February. But more phone images and exciting information about this new phone keeps on leaking.

Sony Ericsson Kurara is a touch phone with an impressive 3.5 inch lively display with a stunning sleek design. The phone has an ARM Cortex A8 processor, Symbian operating system and a 256MB of RAM that will work perfectly together. But what’s interesting about this new mobile device is the rumored High-Definition 8.1 megapixel camera which will be really awesome for a camera phone.

Shutterbugs anticipate the release of this handset in Europe with an estimated price of €500 only. As of the moment, there are no details yet of prospective carriers or even the US release date of the phone.
