The leading mobile phone manufacturer decided to close the doors of its store in Regent after almost two years of its service. This is actually the flagship store of Nokia in UK and their eighth store around the world which opened last February 2008 only.

According to the statement released by the company, “Nokia is crystallizing its branded retail strategy, aiming at improving operational efficiency of its retail network. This requires revamping of the retail network.” The Heathrow store which is in Terminal 5 will continue to be operational. Nokia Regent Store which is 7500 square foot in area has 30 employees who will be affected by this change.
